Recently I went to Just Beauty for a lash lift and dye. Ladies there were very lovely and friendly :) however, during the lift and dye process some of the product was accidentally got in both of my eyes causing me a lot of discomfort. I also found that the lift was not symetrical, my right eye had a larger lift than the left eye, with the left eye having an uneven lift along those lashes. The dye was also not put along the length of the eyelashes, it did not go to the end of the lashes and also did not go to the root either. Despite following instructions to not get them wet or wear eye makeup for the first 24 hours, the lift has fallen out already after a week and a half. The dye also faded in this time, which is really a shame :(

Unfortunately the salon has put up their price too much for a massage. I wasn't notified as to the price that it had increased until after the massage and was shocked how expensive it was. Please tell clients before that the price has gone up I felt obliged to pay as I used the service. I will not use this place again ?

Reann did my shellac removal and shellac OPI/Geslish manicure. She did a great job and was gentle. She was very considerate and made sure I was happy; the nail shape size and if I was happy with the colour etc. I'm very happy with the results and the service was very friendly and professional. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming! Highly recommend it! x

Opening times on website says close at 8pm, I just walked all the way there from Hornchurch station as I thought a nice walk and a sunbed would do me good. I arrived at 7.07pm and it was shut, an elderly woman answered the door and told me it was closed, I asked her what time they shut and she said 7.30pm but likes to get the last person in early. She asked me what I wanted and I said a quick 5 minute sunbed or less to which she replied no. I said I just walked all the way from Hornchurch and I only want a couple of minutes but she wouldn't budge? I'm confused and disappointed not only did the website say 8pm but she even said they close at 7.30pm and I was there at 7.07pm, even with a 5 minute sunbed I would be out by 7.12pm. Will never go there again

I couldn?t actually have my treatment as (my fault) I didn?t realise as pregnant I?d need some specifically qualified in pregnancy massage. However Bronze Beauty tried to find me someone nearby who might be available to do it instead, and organised my refund from Treatwell. Lovely and helpful people and looked a lovely salon.
