Indi is really very sweet, she tries her best to meet your expectations. Very good service indeed. I just wanted to comment on another lady's reciew on how she felt she was unfairly treated. I don't feel this deserves a bad review. Indi could have lied to you and said I'm booked up but instead she was trying to be honest and let you know why she couldn't fit you in. I honestly don't feel you have done her justice. When she did thread your eye brows she didn't ruin them or didn't meet your expectations. ?
This is someone's livelyhood, please don't ruin it just because she couldn't fit you in ?

Really happy with my eyebrow threading, Indi did a great job, was friendly and accommodating. The prices in the Google pictures (that someone else had posted) have now changed and she was kind enough to charge me the lower amount instead of the higher price. Will definitely be going back. Thank you for a doing a brilliant job. :)

Wow such a smart idea to get other people to comment that the review is bad..I am proof for what she said and even I can get more people to say what type of person you?re.. that review is 100% genuine and we don?t have any business to ruin someone..we were very kind and asked for appointment thrice from the last week?every time she kept saying there?s no availability so we called again for the availability and she?s like she doesn?t want to do because it takes more time, we are paying for the service and that?s definitely not the right way to body shame the customer. So about all those who are reporting review it?s spam, please don?t waste effort.. I will provide more negative reviews if you try to deny what happened saying the review is spam

I am totally disappointed that lady which one told about indi, care only money. She is very lovely lady and very kind. This 100% fraud review because her business top on the Hornchurch and someone jealous but don't worry Indi we always support you. Please report to Google about that spam review.

Thank you indi for doing my eyebrows and my sisters she loves them she come all the way from hendon now you are her favourite xxxI dont know why someone has wrote a bad review as far as i know indi always gives her best to all her clients, no matter so it's so so sad.... so many time indi has done more than I paid for so saying she only care about money I don't think so . indi u need to report the review as its fake or someone trying to take your business. Worst customer behavior ', don't choose this at all. I was repeatedly going for 3 months for my eyebrows because it was nearby and today I called for an appointment and the lady was like "you have too big eye brows and it takes 2 customers time, so I won't do"This is not at all a right behavior, I am not doing it for free and I am paying for my service right, all she cares about is money and not customers.ill go review this everywhere possible to let others know about her.,, truly bad behavior

I usually don?t get waxing as i am sensitive however Indi has convinced me waxing is the way to go! She is so gentle yet fast. I am now on my third session and I have noticed such a difference in my hair growth. I can?t recommend Indi enough!!Service: Body waxing
