Really helpful young lady on the counter this morning. She helped with a bill I was paying on line and instead of sending me away to complete it on my own she offered to help me there and then. I was very grateful and super impressed. I did ask her name but not sure if I've remembered it correctly. I think it may be Pav. Thankyou again.

It has good staff however the closing times. Why does it close so early on weekdays and weekends including Saturday.

Disgusting branch, always long wait in the queue as the cashiers love chatting.no agents ever available to greet and direct clients accordingly.lots of time is wasted at the cashier.

After many banks have shut operating in local areas, Halifax is the one which operates on Saturday as well.The staff is very helpful.The branch is very clean. It has two ATM's inside the branch - one to withdraw cash and the other to deposit.There is a car park just 5 min walk away.
