Went there today at 7am on the 6/12/24 due to lack of staff they put a sign up saying opening late due to lack of staff.
To which I tapped on the window to ask what time they are opening and instead of telling me they put the shutter down in my face very rude

Went to Greggs today for the first time in a while after bashing on it for years and it was actually delicious! It's changed a lot since the last time I came to this specific Greggs.
My friend initially recommended me the steak bake a few weeks ago, and I was craving steak so I went to go and obtain one.
I've never had such good steak in my life. 10/10 I will be coming back and will never talk badly about a Greggs again

Customer service is frustrating and they are not to listen and help and rushing for next order rudely. Also didn?t help with one of the online voucher. Decided to came out and went to Romford branch.

Asked for 4 hot sausage rolls that were coming from the oven, young male assistant just took two from display to which my oh said "excuse me but lady asked you a question can you reply" Assistant just pointed to the bag saying are these warm enough.......no apology or explanation of what he was doing. Generation lacking manners and no idea of customer service. Left and went to an independent Baker, much nicer.

Whoever made the rolls Sunday morning needs a lesson or many lessons? how to butter, how to count what they're putting in to the order requested, how to read what was requested, how to serve food thats is at least half warm.. i?ll just pay over a tenner for a cold bacon baguette, cold hashbrown and a cold tea? thanks for that Sunday morning atrocity , i love wasting my money

Worst experience ever!21.04.2023, Being Kicked out from the shop for giving a 3-year-old a chicken bake to eat on the premises.None of my friends will be using Greggs Hornchurch.I will use Subway Hornchurch as the members of staff are more friendly and better coffee.

Used the " too good to go" app and was told to pick up at 6.30pm. Website says they're open till 7pm, got there at 6.38pm to find the shutters down.The too good to go app uses a count down until you can pick your order up, 6.30 I got the text to say my order was ready. They could have cancelled it their end if they knew they were going to shut early , so a wasted journey for me.

Visited Sunday 20th Nov. App / website / Google said they open at 09:30am. Waited until 09:55am and the shutters were still down. Gave up and went elsewhere.
