What a absolute joke 2 hours ordered on line .tracked the driver and was near me then checked again and was then in upminster !!!!!! Joke !!! And phoned the store and no answer whatsoever bad show ! If it's cold when it does get here he can take it back and I want a refund.

Extremely disappointed with the pizza I received today. However, I am even more upset by the fact that the staff felt it was appropriate to serve it in such a state. It?s clear they do not care about the quality of the pizzas they send out, demonstrating a blatant disregard for their customers.
The pizza was wet and mushy in the centre, to the point where parts of it were stuck to the box. I?m unsure what caused this, but while the outside of the pizza was cooked, the centre appeared undercooked or improperly handled. This issue was so obvious that the staff could not have missed it when they were cutting the pizza.
To make matters worse, the staff member cutting the pizza did not serve it to me immediately but instead went to speak with a colleague before handing it over. At the time, I didn?t think much of it, but upon reflection, it seems highly likely they were aware the pizza was not in a suitable condition to be served and yet decided to serve it anyway. This is absolutely appalling! While the poor quality of the pizza was disappointing, this conduct has left me feeling angry.
I will now be using the Domino?s in Upminster for future orders. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues, as no customer should have to go through a similar experience.

Just ordered a meal for Christmas as I had to work today. Pizza was good. However, To say I was disappointed at how incredibly burnt and inedible the nachos with jalapeños was, is an understatement. And no dip as well. Totally burnt.

Used a few times with no drama but recently had a veggie pizza, the only thing i had eaten all day. Within an hour i had stomach ache followed by fever like symptoms the 48hrs of the worst upset stomach ive ever had. NEVER EVER USING THEM AGAIN

Did Not follow custom order requests. Tried to call multiple times but no one answers. Food warm not even hot. Not very impressed.

Waited nearly 2 hours for an order. Out for delivery function on the app went up and down in time like a yo yo and didn?t get food until about 2am after ordering at just gone midnight.
Called the shop to cancel my order in excess of 10 times and no one answered.
Driver arrived and knew that the wait was not acceptable and said to take the food and that he would be telling the management to offer a refund.
Called again and spoke to someone that claimed to be the manager and said we couldn?t have the food and a refund. I tried to explain that I had been trying to call to cancel and that the driver said to take the food and that he would ensure we would be refunded. The ?manager? then said that the driver said he would ?ask? about a refund but that the request was denied.
Disgraceful service. Rude/misleading staff. Average pizza. Wouldn?t recommend for the price, wait and service.

Ordered and sent elsewhere but still charged.got a voucher for another time and still charged full amount when I turned the food away as they wouldn?t accept my voucher.still waiting for refund 3 weeks later .wont use them again

Black delivery driver failed to stop at bottom of Elm Park Hill. Idiot almost called a major accident on the roundabout. Clearly no UK road sense whatsoever. Thankfully, I'm a good driver. He'll be dead next tike.
