I would rate 0 stars if it was an option.
Over the last 24 hours l've delt with 2 extremely rude members of staff.

After having a prescription for almost 4 weeks it's still not in & not ready, it is an extremely important prescription and we are now left with nothing.
Both members of staff i have spoke with were arrogant and extremely rude. I was spoke to with no compassion and their customer service is absolutely disgusting!
Both members of staff were absolutely horrific and vile and should be embarrassed with their disgusting behaviour towards a patient.
I have never been so infuriated in my life! I will be issuing a formal complaint.
DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.

Waited 10 mins at counter in hythe Hampshire to be totally ignore by counter staff. In the end told them since I wasn?t important enough to be served I will not be using them anymore

Wife turns up for Flu jab in St Austell pharmacy on time for appointment made weeks earlier. They say they don't have any vaccine - why was the appointment not cancelled or advice given? Terrible service and when I called the pharmacy they had the cheek to try to suggest my wife wouldn't have gotten it anyway if she'd felt unwell. Blame the customer! The government thinks companies like this can front NHS services!!

Just wanted to say thanks for the excellent service I received from Izzie today at the branch. Having just used the last dose of three of my respiratory meds, she ensured that when I called in this evening they were ready for collection. Really rely on these at this time of year, so thank you for your excellent service.

My Broad Street chemist had shut for the jubilee this was from a Friday to a Sunday by chance I looked on Google Maps to find a Day Lewis Pharmacy which I happen to speak to young lady in there on the phone who said she would access my information and get me my antibiotics true to her word she rang me 10 minutes later informed me I could collect lovely people really go out there way to help you
