I have been in the Costa a number of time and before this time it has be great, however this time the Store was not good.
Server ignored me fo a couple of minutes then asked me what I wanted which was a black americano which he then put through as white Americano which I said 4 time no a black americano, when I went to get my drink the server was going to put milk in it.
The coffee was really bitter, half a cup and the tables were a disgrace with bits of food all over them with no cleaning done.
Did not have food but with amount of fruit flys around I don't think I would wany to.
usually good but the pair at the counter we poor this time (never seen them before)

Vlera at Costa Elm Park served me a delightful cup of coffee today! Her friendly demeanour and attentive service made my visit truly enjoyable. Vlera's professionalism and warmth added an extra touch to my experience. I'll definitely be returning for more of her excellent service and delicious coffee!

Went here to have a coffee and I asked if the manager was here to ask for a job. I really dont understand how a person like him can become a manager, he got no people skills. I asked if they have any vacancies and the first question he asked me was which country I am from. When I said where I am from he stopped listening to me and referred to the door that there informations on how I can apply for a job at Costa Coffee. Very rude. And the shop also needs a good clean.
