Really lovely people who serve you. Always do the best to help me when its just me and my two little ones they make sure I am as comfortable as possible and my children are happy too. Can't fault this costa at all. This team deserves a bonus or reward for sure real hard workers ?

This is one of the most run down Costa coffee shops I have been to, and I'm no stranger! Nearly every chair worn & ripped, almost to the point of being a safety hazard. Today, I visited the hornchurch 1 and I ordered a Fudge Brownie Frappé with soya milk for my son. However, the barista with glasses who prepared the drink made an error and used the wrong milk.
