Picked prescription up for my thyroid pills, not normal brand, also bother strengths was different brands, feel like I've been given left overs, last time this happened I was very ill.

My mum is house bound and paid nearly £40 a year for this chemist to delivery her prescriptions... On two occasions now they have failed to delivery urgent antibiotics. Dreadful elderly service

Bought a Flowflex lateral flow Covid test this morning. Entered result on .gov.uk app and it was rejected as the serial number was not the correct format. Also tried QR code but this was the same. Can't notify the care home to visit my parents using this test. Called the pharmacy who said it was nothing to do with them and I need to call the manufacturer. Complete waste of time and money.

Have recently been discharged from hospital and not able to drive. Pharmacy said they could deliver my pescription and I could pay when it arrives. Didn't mention that card payments were not accepted. When the driver arrived he kindly offered to drive me to the store to pay. I arrived and told them I was there to pay, then positioned myself where I could stand comfortably as I was in a lot of pain. The assistant smiled at me went to the back and came back to continue to serve other customers who came in after me. They would have left me there had I not spoken up and to say I had been waiting and was first in line. It was completely humiliating. I have a chronic condition that affects my nerves and puts me in debilitating pain and can tell you this pharamacy showed no compassion. I tried to be discete and told them why I was on line. Instead they seemed to completely ignore me and carry on with other customers. I will be changing pharamacy.
