Toolstation staff at islington need new people in, these people are rude and unhelpful, went in store and was very unwelcoming and felt uncomfortable, would never go here again.

For everything that is worth something, you have to pay a price. Unfortunately, there was nothing worth paying for at this tool station. When I chose more than 5 tools, they didn't have any. My dissatisfaction increased when I was confronted with the insults of the seller, and I was questioned. .? Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning.? ?The customer's perception is your reality.?
It was clear that they had deliberately not reported the parts and equipment to be loaded with new goods after the warehouse was emptied, because they were dissatisfied with their jobs. For this reason, the inventory had been reduced to zero,
Or they intentionally zeroed out the inventory so they wouldn't sell to me because I complained. To provoke me and humiliate me and make me angry. They work very slowly, there was a lady there who seemed to be working for free for God's sake. Her face made the customers uncomfortable.
I showed the tools and the oil to the sales lady, explained what I needed them for, and she confirmed that it was correct.
But when I returned after a long train journey, I realized that the saleswoman had given me car antifreeze instead of regulator oil.
Zero inventory in warehouse.
Zero employee behaviour.
Customer-centricity and information about sub-zero equipment.
This is the fourth time this has happened at this location. And the employees at this tool station are generally very unhappy with their jobs, because exactly two weeks ago when I went there with a worker to buy a DeWalt kit, the employee told me that most DeWalt parts and clothing were out of stock.
Is the place of tools in a world where there are always no tools and the inventory is zero, banned? Or are employees dissatisfied with their jobs, or is the inadequacy of managers in the statistics and figures of goods a matter of surprise and disgust?

Ive used toolstation for many years now in islington the staff always go above and beyond to help me and other customers from what I?ve seen highly recommend this store, always a pleasure and happy staff

Recently attended this branch and received excellent service from the gentleman on the counter with dark hair. He was diligent in his customer service, patiently suggesting alternatives for out of stock items and lastly helped advise which purchases would be best suited.
An excellent experience hence this review.

Great crew and great store :) I thought there were missing accessories in the saw track I bought, the manager figured out it was already screwed into the product which I just couldnt see. It felt she acknowledged it was a easy mistake which I greatly appreciate. I've shopped at the islington store several times now and every time, every employee there has been welcoming and respectful. Top quality!
