The ladies behind the counter bar one young lady, are extremely helpful and welcoming, the pharmacist, who is male has zero manners no customer care,\\nHas an issue getting the medication dispensed on time... Not impressed.

2 things: the constant loud music doesn't make any sense, and, most importantly, they really have to try to put the right labels with their products. Every time I go to the counter it turns out that the offer was not an offer, and it happened many times. Is their way to make more money???

I?m only putting one star on it because it won?t let me put up a review. The staff are so so rude, and no manners whatsoever. Where is the customer service? I felt very uncomfortable being in there and kept following me around as if I was about to steal something. I will not be going in this store again. Very disappointed. Just warning anyone that?s thinking about shopping here.....DON?T.

Range is not as extensive as other branches and the store does feel a little cramped as you navigate your way around.\\n\\nThere is a dedicated pharmacy section at the rear of the store, should you need to pick up a prescription or require medical advice. Always a queue at the tills when I visit but they try to serve you quickly to resolve that.

Very poor customer services. Staff really need to learn some manners and show some interest in helping customers. When I asked for help the lady (I think she is the team leader) just pointed me to another staff without saying anything and when I went to that staff she directs me back to the team leader. Useless bunch of people do not have a clue what they are doing. I left the basket in front of her and walked out of the store she did not say nothing. Superdrugs really look into this rather than pay these useless staff who is losing the reputation. I definitely will not be going there again.

Absolute disaster , the pharmacy staff are unprofessional, unhelpful, unfriendly and on the top of that they do not have manners\\n\\nManners does not exist in their dictionary, they treat patients as if they doing them a favour of getting them medication\\n\\nI am going to change the e prescription to another pharmacy\\n\\nAbsolute shambles, the staff also don?t give a toss about the products or medication being in stock. 2 or 3 visits to collect one medication, in which I was promised to have it next day, however I had to visit 2-3 times to get the medications and I get ? sorry for that?\\n\\nAVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

It's ok, my main gripe is the layout of the site. In that, they need to sort their queuing system out but last time one staff member took initiative to open another till at the pharmacy to help alleviate the long queue.

Just went in to Superdrug after weeks of trying to find well priced cruelty free shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, and was born away by how much stock they had I these things. They have ample choices of cruelty free brands, and to my amazement, even their own brand essentials range is cruelty free! Ended up walking out with an armful of cruelty free products, and it wasn't even expensive. Less per item than I was paying before in poundland. Not to mention that the staff were friendly and helpful too. So I can safely say that I will be doing all my future shopping for skincare and cosmetics at Superdrug.

I attempted to collect a monthly prescription at this location for one year. Despite assurances that my medication would be ordered to be in stock, I was not able - once - to collect in one visit. Staff are friendly, in that they were apologetic, but their computer system was always down, the pharmacist unavailable, the stock only partially or fully unavailable (â??Come back tomorrow and weâ??ll have the restâ? - I came back as instructed and... they didnâ??t). I very rarely leave poor reviews, but this is not based on any single experience. I cannot recommend this location at all. (July 2017)
