I had the most terrible experience at this subway.
So I bought two subways sandwiches separately so I made two different purchases and as I was getting ready to leave one of the workers proceeded to then yell at me in front of the whole store and accused me of stealing and not paying for the sandwiches. Her name was Pooja.
So of course I did not say anything, in fact I went over to the till and showed her the notifications on my Apple Pay alongside with the purchases that have been taken from my bank account, despite showing her proof Pooja continued to yell at me despite me not even yelling at her speak to her respectfully trying to keep the situation calm she proceeded to continue yelling at me.
so then the manager ,I?m assuming, came in and tried to mediate the situation which is fine trying to explain what mistakes could?ve happened, but at the end, it turned out that I was corrected and I did pay for the food, and so I demanded an apology from Pooja, and the fact that I had to ask for an apology shows how she did not feel bad in anyway.
I believe that this subway has terrible customer service and do not know how to deal with situations like this in a professional manner. I do not recommend this place if you prefer good customer treatment.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Subway. The staff?s behavior was unprofessional and far from what one would expect from a brand of Subway?s caliber. When I politely requested additional onions for my sub, I was met with attitude and unwelcoming expressions, as though I had made an unreasonable demand.
This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the brand?s image. Subway must ensure its employees are trained to maintain professionalism and provide a positive customer experience. Such behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of a globally recognized chain but also leaves customers feeling undervalued. I sincerely hope the management takes corrective action to address this issue.

shocking, rude staff poor service drinks was mostly water 75 o/o water 25 o/o coke never again, and to think this place cost me 16 quid for 2 rolls and a drink, avoid this place, never thought i?d be saying this but it?s. cheaper at mackies over the rd ???

Worst customer service and worst behaviour from the employees (SPECIFICALLY FROM HASAN AND SOME GIRL WHO WASNT WEARING THE NAME TAG NOR DID SHE TOLD ME HER NAME WHEN I ASKED HER AT 13:40 ON07/03/2024) of Subway of specifically this branch of Subway (Holloway road near London metropolitan University) . Being a Subway fan this is the first time I have experienced the worst kind of customer service from particularly this branch . I took 3.99 saver meal and as the hoarding doesn't says only two veggies allowed not the employees explain us I asked if I can get any other veggies instead of tomato so instead of explaining that meal doesn't include it he got rude and said that " From the next time don't ask for anything" . I replied that you should inform customers about the meal to which a girl jumped in and shown finger to me and got very rude with high voice and started fighting with me . Unfortunately there are no managers or responsible person to handle the rudeness of employees. I asked her name so she said that go complaint I don't care .Disgusting behaviour subway . Just imagine you go to eat food after a tiring day and you get this behaviour. Wat a shame.
