I was outside the shop from 9:00am and waited around 20 minutes, but it still hadn?t opened. Tried calling the listed phone number during that time, but no one picked up or responded. It?s frustrating when a business doesn?t stick to its advertised hours or make any effort to communicate delays. A bit more reliability and courtesy would really improve the customer experience.

Useless staff, never pick up the phone. I called many many times, and no answer. When I finally go in in person, I went up to the desk and called again. Lo and behold, it does ring, and the girl ignored it.
Also, the Google pin is placed in the wrong place. It's on the corner of the road, if you do ever decide to brave this small branch. I recommend going to another - this one barely has anything and they don't pick up to allow you to check WHAT they have in store.

The Indian boy in charge of returning items. I bought a pair of shoes with a manufacturing defect and he did not want to return them.

The customer service is usually below average. But Lance, the chap with the lazy eye is incredibly friendly and helpful! I would like to see more staff members with his enthusiasm.. ?!

Lance at the till was lovely - so friendly and helpful. Not to be negative, but a lot of Sports Direct staff give the impression they'd rather not be there, but Lance just radiated smileyness! Please don't ever let.him work in a back.office because we need people like him on the front line ?

The 5* are all and only for Lance. He has given me an excellent and welcoming costumer service. He is polite, smiley and knows how to approach the clientele. This morning at 10am he was working with other 2 male staff members who have not impressed me at all. They had an invasive and cold approach for the clientele. Lance, they need to learn from you!
