Failed to keep an accurate stock inventory when on their website this branch claimed to have 5 of an item (no nonsense instant plaster filler) but they were completely out of stock and had not updated it. Staff proceeded to shill caulk and plaster filler that was not fit for purpose of filling holes over 1cm deep. Extremely pushy staff trying to get me to buy said items even after I explained that these items would not do the job. Massive waste of time.

I'm very unhappy to write this.

I understand that can happen once, but now this is a not funny joke.

Thanks to the "Screwfix" team for their quick action. The second shoe was delivered urgently, and some pennies were left on the credit.
It is human nature to make mistakes, but it is human will to repair them.

Screwfix Kings Cross is one of the few stores in London with parking right outside. The click and collect service means you can walk in at a time of your choosing and get your item within a couple of minutes, no time wasted. Generally anything I have needed over the years, Screwfix Kings Cross will have in stock (or the staff help you find an alternative that works just as well). Absolute lifesaver of a store. Great value too.

Staff here is the best - we had a 10 year warranty on our tap, which broke after 7 years. We were anticipating a palaver, but staff couldn't have been nicer finding us a a brand new replacement (for free) with a brand new 10 year warranty! Best customer service ever. Definitely buying all of our household fixings here going forward!

Screwfix Kings Cross I have shoped there on many occasions, as many other shops closes earlier, like 5pm. Screwfix stay open until 9pm and like the there click and collect system, it Informs you there stock level at all of there stores on there website and you just put that product in the basket and yhen you just ahead to there store to collect. It is fast and simple and you don't have to wait at the till. Just enter your order number at the collection table then ahead to the till to collect your product.
