I am very uncomfortable with the service this company have been delivering. I received my package today, a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday and I even did hold it for the man to take pictures, as soon as I take it in I noticed the package was open then tightened with an elastic to hide the fact that someone opened it. Very disgusting behaviour. And you pay money for this king of service. I bet I just got my things because it wasn?t anything very expensive otherwise it may have been stolen. I don?t see any other reason for people to open someone?s package. Very unprofessional.

Completely incompetent. Will simply refuse to deliver mail for weeks on end, while simultaneously being impossible to contact. Why isn?t this nationalized?

Three times this year alone, delivery agents have lied about attempting a delivery. For each occasion I have CCTV footage captured by 2 x Independent systems. Clear 1024 video footage was retained, showing no Royal Mail delivery operative entering our car park, activating the communal keypad entry system or standing at my front door leaving a card. If they don't want to do their jobs, they should work for Evri. As for Royal Mail, they should remove the word Royal. After 65 years, I have lost faith.

Are not able to deliver in time, uncapable of picking up the phone. Don?t even have online services to amend delivery options (so I can fix their sloppy services).Utter disappointment knowing tax payers money going to waste.

I really think the office for collection under Xmas should change the opening and closing time. Also the delivery man should leave collecting card in the mail box. I had two orders going back because I did not have tracking numbers. Bad service really, the manager should improve it.

I obviously went to collect a parcel here for a couple of times now living on Holloway Road, I also had different staffs serving me, some rude, some neutral and some very nice, yes they have reduced their collecting time making it difficult to come pick up. But I had to acknowlege that this specific morning, I was served by a lovely woman and despite Royal Mail website specifically saying that I cannot collect without the red card (which makes it difficult when your postman delivered to the wrong places in the first place) was extremely helpful and understandable. Yes the office is also very very small but what can you expect when only one person has to run the place?. Also yes Royal Mail in general is badly managed (especially from a delivery side) but I don?t think the reviews here are fair as noting the delivery side of things and not the actual collection experience of parcels at this specific office?.

random deliveries, missing post they find on shelves and blame it on cover staff, tracked post that says it's delivered and its not, now waiting to collect a parcel for 20 mins while one customer has a convo with guy behind the desk. OMG sort it out!Don't use the collection service, 1st attempt...I open the door to the postie apologising, he lost the label. Rebook for tomorrow he says, I'll come back tomorrow. When I went to do that, postie updated that I hadn't packed parcel correctly, LIES! Next day, noone turned up, system was updated I hadn't left it in its safe spot, LIES! Why can't they update with the truth, and surely these people realise, with ring doorbell we can prove what has happened. Terrible service, as always!

This parcel contains my daughter?s birthday dress and gift which was supposed to be delivered the next day,it?s been 6 bloody days now.I was not left a card to be collected,the app updated me that my house was inaccessible therefore its was going to be redelivered next working day.I still waited and nothing was delivered the following day,I visited the office myself for collection since it?s needed urgently but I was told Mandy has the parcel on the street to my house already,I came home and my parcel was not even attempted.I woke up so early in the morning to catch up quickly with the parcel from the office myself because I didn?t want it to be sent out for delivery again ,to my surprise again I was advised again that finally it?s on the street to me again for the 3rd time ,I nearly cried because my daughter?s birthday dress is in the parcel ,she has nothing to wear if the party is to start.I finally came home waiting patiently but still no sign of delivery, I attempted to visit the delivery office again since it was nearly 12 pm for the office to be closed ,just to personally collect the parcel from the delivery man from the office,on my way I met the post woman Mandy delivery other parcel to my neighbours on the street but not mine,i then approached her and explained the circumstances ,she told me it?s with the delivery man and that she saw him within 3 mins walking from my house assuring me that it?s going to be delivered.my daughter was up in her bedroom crying because her dress is not yet in to be worn yet party is about to start.3 hours later I got a confirmation that my parcel was tempted to be delivered when clearly Royal Mail can?t proof to me that they actually came to my premises.Liars!!!

My parcel that was really important for me the sender dispatched on 23 and that was nwxt day delivery but still on 25 I didn?t recieve it and above all the tracking system of Royal Mail is really really bad at 1 pm they mentioned we recieve your parcel at 8:52 so why you not mentioned at that time. And now they didn?t gave me any time that when i will receive my parcel. It?s so frustrating.

Abysmal service! I had a parcel to retrieve there (after they claimed I was not home when I clearly was, but okay - not my first rodeo with similar delivery people) and I went in some of their short opening hours.A lady that seemed VERY annoyed definitely did not welcome me and, only after she was done having a phone call clearly about her personal life/business, she took my query about retrieving my parcel.Shame that she seemed unable to do so and told me to come back next week (it was on a Friday).I do so, she is there again, annoyed, saying that I should come in the morning, not in the afternoon during her turn, since she does not know how to find my parcel and I have to ask it to her colleague (nothing of this was ever stated in my previous visit).Okay, I go back there in a rush during working hours the following day, her male colleague finally being there and being surprised when he heard she told me to come only when he is on duty.And my parcel apparently lost: it was somewhere in their digital inventory, but not in the physical one.Well, a seller on Amazon had to take a loss in order to replace it and I got it with several WEEKS of delay - all courtesy of the ever-striking, very sloppy Royal Mail service.

This office is joke!Working time from 08:00-10:00I was waiting delivery from Canada for 2 months until Royal Mail send it back after I?ve booked to be redelivered 3 times and nothing knock on my door ? went 4 times personally looking for it and they say it?s off the shelf for redelivery and like that they?ve send it back ?the item they couldn?t deliver and couldn?t find is being sent back ?. JOKE? the staff didn?t even try to do their job !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
