I'm writing to express my sincere gratitude for Kareem, who has been an exceptional trainer. From day one, he has been incredibly patient and attentive, taking the time to understand my fitness goals and personal limitations.
What truly sets Kareem apart is his ability to create a welcoming and supportive environment. I used to feel self-conscious or intimidated at the gym, but he made me feel completely comfortable and motivated. He was always there to correct my form gently, offer encouragement when I felt like giving up, and celebrate every small victory with me. He's not just a trainer; he's a true partner in your fitness journey.
Thanks to his guidance, I've seen amazing progress and, more importantly, I've developed a genuine likrle for working out. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and truly supportive person.

PureGym Finsbury Park was my first gym, and it truly changed my perspective after years of feeling reluctant to step into one. This is a reasonably well equipped gym and, has a women's section as well. I trained here for many months, finding it wasn't intimidating at all. I only stopped going because I moved away. Highly recommend for anyone feeling apprehensive about starting!

I normally attend PG Enfield, however on the way home from work I use PG Finsbury park and i must say ive never felt more comfortable in a gym before. Ive met some nice respectful people and its a place where you can just get on with your workout without any egos flaring or rudeness. Ive had some great conversations with strangers and i wish other gyms felt this comfortable. Best freeweights area ive used, nice and Spacious too.

I?ve been a member of PureGym Finsbury since 2014 and have seen it go from strength to strength. Over the years, I?ve met some truly lovely staff, and the current management team, Leila, Harry, and Phil are absolutely amazing. They?re always friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference.
One of my favourite features is the dedicated women?s section. It creates a comfortable and empowering space that I really appreciate. It?s clear that the team takes pride in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere throughout the gym.
Highly recommend!

Women?s only section is convenient but very cramped and SO unorganised plates dumbbells bars left everywhere it?s insane and so dangerous such a bad trip hazard, the section isn?t as well maintained or stocked in terms of equipment NEVER have a matching good range of weights for dumbbells or sometimes no dumbbells at all, hardly ever plates as the mixed gender section - have seen men coming into the women?s only section looking for equipment which is ?? like what are you doing, again no staff around to make sure this doesn?t happen although the men should have the common sense and decency to not do that - however is a godsend vs not having a section at all lool - the gym itself is nice has good machines lots of variation just very busy at times.

I love pure gym Finsbury Park! I was diagnosed with diabetes and hey! I worked out at night and lost 6 stones, which gave me the confidence to attend during the day.. I started doing groups and became really fit..

Never see staff around during peak time. Floor is messy and worst gym etiquette I've seen in a long time. You really need to put up no cameras/loud speakers. People constantly face timing or recording themselves without consideration of others.

To busy. To messy. Womens area but they using all men equipment and men can't, kinda discrimination. Not many key machines so you have to wait long q times. Could be much better

So....I'm local (Stokey resident) which means Finsbury Park is my nearest branch. Been going for a couple years now and will continue but for the love of God someone do something about the air conditioning. The changing room smells of someone's ass so much I'm surprised on the rare occasions it doesn't. Did no one think about getting a window in there when the place was being built?
I've also noticed that resources for wiping down equipment are conspicuous by their absence. How hard is it to leave a few rolls of kitchen towel around? Something, anything to clear the sweat off the equipment.
The staff are still helpful and the 24 hour thing still rocks but with summer coming things are going to get real intense at Isledon Road ?
