“I obviously went to collect a parcel here for a couple of times now living on Holloway Road, I also had different staffs serving me, some rude, some neutral and some very nice, yes they have reduced their collecting time making it difficult to come pick up. But I had to acknowlege that this specific morning, I was served by a lovely woman and despite Royal Mail website specifically saying that I cannot collect without the red card (which makes it difficult when your postman delivered to the wrong places in the first place) was extremely helpful and understandable. Yes the office is also very very small but what can you expect when only one person has to run the place…. Also yes Royal Mail in general is badly managed (especially from a delivery side) but I don’t think the reviews here are fair as noting the delivery side of things and not the actual collection experience of parcels at this specific office….”
