Really rude staff. Overcharging on parcels compared with post offices nearby - Like Crouch End & Muswell Hill. The staff don?t look happy and always look pissed off. Totally different to Muswell Hill. If you don?t want to be ripped off and have a friendly experience avoid this post office at all costs!!!Response to ?owner? - Holloway is my local post office now. It?s a 5 minute walk for me, since moving to N7. Muswell Hill and Crouch End I still occasionally visit but have been a regular customer in those branches all my life. Talking from my experiences these two post offices have higher customer service, are friendly and are professional. In comparison Holloway PO also find a way to charge you more than the other two post offices. As feedback you need better staff who are happy to work there. Who understand customer service and are not rude.

I requested the Signed Tracked 24h letter service, but was instead provided with the more expensive guaranteed delivery option. Despite my explicit request, I was led to believe I was purchasing the signed tracked service. Upon reviewing the costs, I discovered that the Signed Tracked 24h service is approximately £5, whereas I was charged £8.15 for the guaranteed delivery, which I did not request.

My usual post office was closed for the holidays, so I used this post office to send a couple of items I'd recently sold on eBay. BOTH PACKAGES ARRIVED EMPTY!!AVOID THIS POST OFFICE!!

I had the most terrifying experience with the man behind the counter who followed me off the premises and then was extremely physically threatening with an intent to beat me up and I am a woman. This happened after an unpleasant argument inside the post office with the staff member about a QR code that was needed for me to send my boots for repair to Dr Martens. The man behind the counter had been extremely rude, patronising and intimidating while telling me I was 100% wrong with the instructions for downloading the QR code. As he was so rude, unhelpful and kept aggressively talking over me as I was trying to explain the situation I swore at him as I was leaving. He then followed me out of the post office into the the Shell garage next door and started puffing up his chest and coming right up in my face as if he was going to beat me up. He kept repeating that I had dared to swear at him and I asked him if he was in the habit of physically assaulting women. During this altercation he grabbed my bike from me and tried to throw it twice with anger and I was afraid that he was going to hurt me. He kept repeating I had sworn at him and I then asked him why he couldn't just respond back with words rather than threatening to physically harm me, especially as he is a man much physically stronger than me. He then insulted and swore at me, but still seemed as if he was going to assault me, it was at this point that I told him I was going to call the police and upon hearing this he stopped and quickly let go of my bike and hurried back inside the post office and I still reported the incident to the police and Royal Mail. It was an extreme and unbelievable experience and I am very sure he would not have dared to do this if I had been a man. A woman would also never have followed a customer off the premises and been so physically threatening and abusive. It is truly shocking. This man has clearly got anger management issues and is unfit to be in a customer facing role.

A small and wonderful Post Office. I went there for the first time today. Basically no queue, and a really helpful and courteous assistant taking my parcels. Such a nice person! I'll be back

The white lady, wearing a big black jacket with blonde hair is horrible. I watched her serve customers with a disgusting attitude and an unpleasant look on her face. I have sympathy for employees but she is a disgrace ! She needs to be informed on how to treat customers and adequate training needs to be done ! She?s unhelpful, slow and unkind. Action needs to be taken.

The hours ain?t right. Today (Saturday) a lady and I waited outside the post office for 20 minutes, the post office is supposed to open at 8:30. It?s 8:50 and still not a soul. Standing in the cold forever and I eventually had to head to work and needed to leave without even being able to post my item. Either the hours aren?t right or the person on the early shift is late. This is not the first time a staff member is way late.

Always helpful staff teamwho know the business. This morning it was Attila - rather than the ever-helpful Lacey or thoughtfully intelligent Krish - who sorted things out for me.
