Terrible post office. Service extremely slow service. Took 15 mins to buy one stamp due to slow service at the counters even though only 4 customers in front on arrival. Service has gone downhill since new owners have taken over and shop has been reconfigured. At one point there were 4 members of staff behind the counter and only 2 counters open. Needs to have more counters open and reinstate the postage only counter, which has now been replaced with a mobile phone stall. I now only use when there is no alternative due to long waiting times.

I come here often and it?s perfectly fine. A normal post office where you can send stuff. The main problem is the customers, many of whom are difficult/ignorant/entitled people who bring in their negativity and unload on the staff.

The worst post office ever rude Nigerian staff they talk they on language I went there so I have my ID checked the guy said I need to stamp my bank statement then went to the bank they say that we don?t stamp the bank statement anymore so went back he almost didn?t accept that I will never go back there just avoid it

The customer service in this place is appalling, I've never felt so unwelcome in an establishment for just saying 'good morning'.Secondly, colleagues eating sandwiches behind the counter whilst serving customer's is very unprofessional and disrespectful.I'd give a rating of zero stars if it was possible!Please work on your customer service and professionalism - manners and a smile cost NOTHING!!

*DISGRACEFUL*The bald black man didn't want to borrow me a pen. He kept saying "we're not a supplier" "we can't keep borrowing something to every customer". I had already queued and this was while I was at the counter. I just wanted to borrow a pen to move aside to write the package address and proceed. I tried to see if he was joking at first but his attitude was disgusting and clear. I started raising my voice asking how is it possible that you're colleague (Dee who turned out to be the owner) borrowed me "fragile tape" (which is worth more than a pen), his other colleague borrowed me a paper (again), and he doesn't want to BORROW ME A PEN?!?! I was fuming. For a long time coming to this post office I've been wanting to avoid him because anyone would be able to tell he's a bad staff member, even before speaking to him. Also based off of witnessing previous customer experience, but this morning and the chaos he caused to the start of my day calls for a formal complaint. The only reason I'm deciding not to, is because of Dee the owner who was the only nice one, she actually is good at customer service, but that doesn't excuse this PO from the urgent need to replace him. Sack him immediately.

Terrible customer service. The staff have a really bad attitude towards customers. They don't care at all. I live 5 minutes from this post office, but in future I shall walk the extra distance to the one at Finsbury Park or Holloway Road. It really is that unpleasant.
