The customer service from one of the cashier non existing. I was told I cannot use the fitting room as the shop is to close in 30 minutes, so when I put the clothes on the side, I was then told by the cashier "what I think I'm doing with the clothes, and I must put them away where I found them ". When I refused the cashier went on to continue telling me I must take them away, and only the other assistant said she puts them away.
If you policy is to closed and not served customers 30 minutes before closing time, then the security should inform of that at the front of the shop. How can you let people come in the shop pick their outfits and then you tell your customers of you not buying without trying then take everything back.
Very disappointing experience.

Excellent customer service from staff. I had issues with my online return. My problem was delt with professionally in a kind and polite manner by staff working there that morning. I was truly delighted. I then physically shopped more items after. Well done. Good stuff and of nice quality clothes.
