The further away, the worse it gets. The new system doesn't work at all and now whenever you order take away or eat in you have to be patient... The once mentioned fast food restaurant has become terribly SLOW. Where one or two person stands and collects the order of 20 people in line. Sometimes you very lucky and the system doesn't work and doesn't see your order and where you run with a child to order quickly, it takes you 30 minutes for one happy meal, I'd rather have a healthy meal with my child in 30 minutes. You made an app oh wow, it works well.. half the order is constantly missing, so they won't even refund you the money through the app, so it's better to order through Uber, although it will be sad that you didn't get something, but at least they refund your money.

Apparently the manger has strictly said he isn?t excepting Scottish notes. I think this is wrong as it?s still British notes. As someone from Scotland, visiting London really shouldnt be a problem, as in Scotland there is no rule against English notes.

I asked for Salsa Dip with my order (I attach a photo of the thing McDonald never had). The guy at the counter laughs at me and says they've never had anything like that. I asked for the same thing at the same McDonald's two weeks ago. I get home and part of my order is missing. SHAME ON YOU!
