I had a great experience at Majestic recently, thanks to Mark who was absolutely exceptional. He was incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Not only did he assist me in choosing a wine, but he also went the extra mile and printed out a pamphlet with information about it, which I really appreciated. His customer service was top-notch ? warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. Honestly, I?d recommend going to Majestic just because of him. Fantastic service.

There are at least two members of the Majestic in Islington who are absolutely fantastic - both in terms of their wine knowledge and recommendations but also in terms of their customer service. I always feel as if I have done away with some bargains. We just made an order and it was incomplete ahead of a party - delivery exactly on time - and as soon as I rang to ask where the rest of the order was (which was because I had added to it later on in the week), it was sorted out without any problem. Cannot praise the lady who dealt with it enough.

Unfortunately this place was a massive let down big in size small in products this being a dessert wine which obevif the oldest to date going back as far as 5 millennia. Anyway I was hoping g to find a particular wine being st John's commandaria dessert wine 50cl I asked whether this shop had it in and the person I was served by said no I asked if knew of this wine he said yes but never stocked I was some what confused to his answer and told him this place is massive selling ftom what I see all types of alcohol beverages but not this one mmmh Interesting. So for me it's highly unlikely that will ever visit this place again what ashame!!!!

Terrible experience with the staff. We got there just before closing time and were treated disrespectfully. Rude, patronizing and impatient.We looked back when we were leaving and caught them having a laugh at our expense.
