Refused to take my yodel parcel because it was apparently too big?! Such a waste of time because then I had to take it to Cally News which is another 15 minute walk away. Perhaps they need to be clearer on the terms & conditions of dropping off a parcel to them rather than wasting customer?s time.

I hav been here few times and their behaviour is really really bad. To be honest i dont think i will ever gonna be here again. with this behaviour they dont deserve any customers specially for sending or receiving deliveries.

They make you pay first then they send the parcels then they are hostile recommend not going there if your not gonna take the parcels take the yodel and inpost company off your store simple.

I have noticed the guy behind the counter is always unfriendly bordering on hostile. I went to pick up my Vinted parcels today and out of nowhere he said the shop wasnt a post office , dont send anything here again, if anyone else sends anthing it will be returned.He said he wasnt a post office and had a business to run. Why on earth has the shop been doing this if they hate doing it? The shop was empty when I entered maybe I interrupted his sleep at the back. I have noticed previously hes not always at the counter. Running a business? Being less rude will help then more people will return then you wont have time for cat naps at the back. I have complained about him to Inpost and told them what he said about no longer receiving parcels. They need to speak to him.

Useless shop. It says online ?available to drop off? for inpost, but you come in after walking for a while to be told they can?t take too many parcels. my parcel was small and could definitely fit but they don?t care. useless!!

AVOID: for InPost parcels. They will not let you collect even with the barcode/ collection code. Unless you have ID????? Shame because this is the only shop I?ve had this issue with. Very unecessary.

Refused to accept yodel drop off parcel. He said it was too big, it was only a baby car seat. If you can?t accept parcels don?t signup to yodels service.

Horrible service - avoid if you can for any parcel service. He?s my local Yodel and he hasn?t accepted a parcel from me for well over a year - apparently he?s full. Old mate then will literally throw parcels at you when you pick up (if he can find them). I would not have a beer with this guy

Rude, threw my parcel at me when picking up an order from Yodel. I don't mind if they're just not particularly chatty, but the rudeness was unnecessary in this case.

This is probably the worst corner shop in Britain.
They do their utmost to steal your parcels.
Will be reporting to HMRC.
