For the last years I have been so unhappy driving my car, bad breaks makes for a worrying drive, but the guys at kwik fit have made my old car feels amazing, now they have flexible ways to pay i can't see me going anywhere else.

Jan, Halim and Mo have given me great service today at the Islington branch.
I recently had my annual car service at a different garage, who replaced a tyre, which then got a slow puncture while I was away abroad. On my return, I asked them to fix it but they said they were too busy so I went to Kwik Fit, who were also busy?..but they fitted me in, found the fault ( a loose valve ) and dealt with it without charge.

Last month I changed all 4 tyres and today one of my sensors were saying it was down quite a lot. I called the office and spoke to Haleem who invited me to come right away. I assumed they were having a quiet day, but not at all.
It was totally packed! Even so, right away Haleem passed me to his colleague Mohammed, who is a true professional. He asked me what happened, suspected the issue, tested his suspicion showing me visually and explaining it to me, and very quickly confirming what the problem was.
He changed the faulty part, confirmed I?d be okay with the cost of it, which I was, however because I had recently brought it in to have all of my tyres replaced, and he felt that it probably could have been identified by the team last month, there was no charge made at all.
I was watching the other team members too, very professional and courteous towards people. Even when a very angry customer came by, Mohammed and another staff member very quickly intervened calmly and professionally, calming the customer and dealt with whatever the issue was. Another older lady on her way out also commented how well run and professional the team were.
Very well run establishment, knowledgeable and professional staff.

They replaced my TPMS sensors with incompatible sensors. Was told that they would pay to fix the issue (a safety issue) and am still waiting for over 4 months!

Good service but beware of their rule to put their own earnings before customer needs.
If you need one they?re changing they will push for it how be two.
Once you agree to that they will explain why you?d have to be reckless and willing to crash any day if you don?t change all four tyres.

As a keyworker, I use my car a lot for long commutes to work. The team here are brilliant: friendly, professional, efficient!!! They were able to spot diagnose that it wasn't my tyre that was the problem, but the valve! I am so impressed and so grateful to these guys!!!
Special mention to Jan and the manager (sorry, don't know your name)...for helping a damsel in distress and looking after my car!

Visited kwikfit grangemouth today. A wonderful mechanic called Euan/Ewan, worjed tirelessly to help my issue (suspected damaged tyre or valve.) Was really dufficult to remove bolts and it turned out theyd been fircrd in damaging them and the brake drum. He explained everything he was doing and what he found damaged. Tyre not faulty after all nir valve. Tyre remained fully inflated. He worjed on this fir 2 hours + and there was no chsrge as classed as inspection. I will need and buy from kwitfit 4 new tyres before MOT. EWAN deserves to be recognised and praised by the company fir his professionalism, tenacity and respectful attitude towards myself. I am so so grateful to him. Now it's a case of replacing damaged parts!

I would like to say that I have visited Kwik Fit Holloway in London today and I was served by a really nice young man called Jan. As an older female driver with years of experiences of taking my car to the garage, I had never experienced such excellent and helpful customer service. I took my car in, Aziz sorted my exhaust problem I worried would be a serious issue, in 20 minutes. All very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

I spent 800 pounds for the assembly of new tires plus 50 MOT in this store, at the assembly they told me to buy some ub Centric Rings Wheel and come back to them for assembly, I came back after two days and they told me that they were not allowed to do so, I felt made fun of, they told me to go to another tire tyreman, paying a sum of 40 paund to put four plastic things... this is ridiculous they will never see me again...
