Shabby looking shop with miserable unhelpful sales assistants, who clearly don't really want the job, or think they are above it.
Left as was just too hard to try and spend money.

Please promote this young lady she is Harding working in promoting the service. She is bubbly and seems very relaxed when taking to customers which 3 customers before me even said the same thing.
So I decided to leave a review for that on behalf of the me a the customers before that loved her service.

Really disappointed with this store, check carefully to see if they put both feet in the shoes before going home. This was my case and I am a tourist who lives in Switzerland, I called immediately after seeing that a foot was missing from the pair of shoes. he apologizes for forgetting it so I send a cousin who lives on the other side of London to the store to collect the foot of the shoe with the photo of the purchase receipt. But supposedly the cameras did not see that the saleswoman only put one foot in the pair of shoes. Really really disappointing.

Today I came into the jd store with my 3 children and was served by the lovely Jess. Her customer service is outstanding! My daughter even said she wanted her as her auntie. She was busy but was still smiling. Please give this girl a raise!!!!! I was stressed because of the rain but left so happy with my purchase and the service.

I just wanted to say that the manager here ( I think she is the manager here) is so lovely . It?s my 2nd time having an issue with my Nike 270?s and she really kindly exchanged them for me. The shop was really busy but all the staff I dealt with were really friendly and did not make me feel uncomfortable for taking up their time, instead they were incredibly helpful!

This place is an absolute joke!!Staff members are wearing outside coats as uniform and obviously think it's ok to do so - it's not the first time.Customer service is practically non-existent unless you approach them, but they are hard to identify.The main cashier was serving customers and eating at the same time.And to top it off, the place is filthy and gives off the feel of a school playground!SORT THIS OUT, JD!!Zero stars!

Dirty store. Lazy and rude staff.How they make money because if you choose clothes to buy it is not allowed to walk near the shoes area !!!!The only thing that staff do it is watching mobile phone all day long.
