You need to sort out the individuals that sell stuff outside your branch on a weekend or when you're not open. Was with my baby today and 2 men decided to have a fight. People were just filming, laughing and glaring. No one intervened apart from the woman who I assume was associated to one of the males. I then got shouted out by a man as my buggy hit him accidentally whilst I was trying to get out of the chaos and put my child in safety. I'm a visually impaired young mother and this incident has really shook me. 16th August 2025 saturday, around 3.30pm. Get some security or do something. You earn millions and trillions but can't sort out people using the space outside your branch selling cheap stuff.

I am indeed happy today, I received excellent Customer service from this branch and I am here giving accolades to LUCHILA and IMRAN for their outstanding service to me. Incredible service. Well staffed on the day after Boxing Day. I was lucky enough to deal with Cameron who was the model of friendly competence and professionalism. He solved my issues with zero bother whatsoever. Bravo!

I just popped in to change my name on my credit card. It was during a busy lunch hour and there were two extra staff walking around and helping people as well as the lady on the counter. The chap that helped me was efficient and friendly, plus he gave advice on another issue that I was able to do on the app while he updated my name.

I've had the most pleasant experience at this branch today, all the staff were incredibly professional, helpful and super nice, especially Hulya and BeeBee! Not sure why the reviews are so negative, I was genuinely impressed with the service! 5 stars is not enough!

Insanely incompetent staff, I don?t understand how this bank can allow people who clearly have no idea what they?re doing to be at the forefront.I came to be ID?d but because there wasn?t a person qualified for it amongst all the staff present it took very long. They have been passing my papers from one person to another openly discussing that none of them can do it, then proceeded to have casual chats for another half hourThen my documents were checked but it was 5pm and they prepared to close so in the end they didn?t confirm my ID. The attitude of the staff was very unprofessional and the overall experience was a waste of time

I do not use the counter service but I love the fact that I can withdraw money from the cash point within the branch. It just feels safer and very rarely do I have to queue to do this.

The mortgage advisor at this branch is the most professional advisor I have ever spoken with. Don?t know about their other services though.
