Over last few weeks I purchased two mobile phones, SIM card and grand theft auto game, Xbox charger. The game was a gift, once opened it would only download 72%, when I took it back the assistant refused to exchange. I didn?t want a refund just an exchange

They sell broken items.Brought a laptop from here and it was broken, I tried to return the item and they said i never purchased itwm from here. Be careful these people are thieves reported them to trading standards.
