On this visit i accompany my sister as she has pet cats. Her not being here in a while since lockdown was shocked of the changes for one its no longer called the (Harmsworth) name change to Animal Hospital. Reason being they no longer take new patients which was lucky for my sister as her cat had already attended and has a patient file. We was told that they focus more on rescue animals now and not pet owned animals which is a big shame for pet owners. However my sisters cat was treated and had a day stay at the hospital and left happy with meds to take for a few days.

I was very disappointed as it's called RSPCA hospital for Animals l took my one year old cat with a bad paw and they just gave some pain killers and told me to go elsewhere.I never thought a Animal hospital that really cares for animals would send a patient elsewhere to be treated so as for my experience l would of like to give a five star but with the disappointed experience l had I'm very sad to say l can't no star ratings at all. It's really a shame once a pond a time this animal hospital was one of the top hospitals you can bring your pet to .

So called for some advice and some help on my dog been going to this place for absolutely years called up to see if I needed to book an appointment to come in. Just because we?ve had Covid to be told that they?re not taking on no more patients and they haven?t for the last three years and RSPCA, I?m not there to help people anymore. They are just there to rescue animals which is amazing, but it?s always been a vets that you can go to rely on when you?re needing help.

My visit to the RSPCA center in Finsbury for cat adoption was truly impressive. The staff's dedication to animal welfare was evident from the moment I arrived. The facility was clean, cats were well-cared for, and the staff provided valuable insights to help me choose the perfect feline companion. The adoption process was efficient, and the genuine care for the animals shone through. I highly recommend this center to anyone looking to adopt a pet.

RSPCA Putney shut and no other RSPCA will take my pet. They go on about they care but thousands of pets now have no service. When I called all I got told was your not in the area didn't really care. I have been trying for ages to find somewhere. Private insurance £74 a month I'm on DLA and struggling

The staff were very caring and polite. They made me feel like an individual rather than one of the thousands who pass through their doors every year. They were kind and gentle with my elderly cat.Great service!Thank you RSPCA
