Yesterday 24th of July 2025 I went into the EE shop in Holloway and I went with my mum to sort her sim out as she can?t make calls with her sim or any texts which is dodgy , but what is more dodgy is why did the lady in the shop give a second sim without asking or consent ? Which we thought that was very dodgy. Now the replacement sim for her original number doesn?t work outside of the house to make calls or anything . The manager was whipping out his personal phone out his pocket which is unprofessional to do whilst in this work setting . I also went there to try and get another sim deal for cheap I ended up finding out what was happening yesterday I was getting charged for two sims , and I didn?t even know I was getting charged for two sims up until yesterday , which I only use one sim & I asked the lady to cancel the other sim since I was in the shop and she said no just call 150 and do it through them which didn?t make sense to me as I was already in the shop. What they done was very deceptive and evil I do not recommend anyone go with EE because this is what you get with dealing with so called EE workers who don?t do their job properly and they only want to make sales and that?s it. It should be illegal and these people should be in jail for fraud it is disgraceful.

I came in to simply update my mobile contract, but it turned into a complete waste of time. The staff member (who said his name was Tofel, though I?m not even sure that?s real) claimed to be the manager. Instead of helping me with my original request, he kept trying to push ?better? options without clearly explaining the actual cost. He just pointed at the screen instead of breaking it down for me.
While I was being served, he even took out his personal phone and paid for something with his own credit card ? right in front of me, mid-service. That was incredibly unprofessional.
When I asked to see the contract before signing, he told me I?d get the info after signing ? which is ridiculous. Later, I did sign, and only then he showed me extra charges for an add-on I didn?t ask for. He casually said I could cancel it after three months. Why not be honest about the real cost upfront?
I asked him to stop and just give me the simple contract I originally came in for. He refused, said he already ?spent 30 minutes? on me (it was barely 15), and told me to call the contact center instead.
I left feeling frustrated and completely let down. If this was truly the manager, then that makes it even worse. Be careful before going in ? they may try to upsell you things you don?t need and won?t help if you ask for something straightforward.
Note to the actual store manager: This happened on 11th July at around 5:10 PM. If anyone wishes to review the CCTV footage and take appropriate action regarding the staff member involved, this may help clarify the situation.

Worst customer service ever. I went to EE store in Holloway and the staff called Naim was very rude and unhelpful. I gathered enough information by talking with agent via app before I go there so i know what I?m requesting. However, he was refusing to help me and told me some false information so that he didn?t need to help me. If you were not keen to help customer, then quit your job as a service provider

Recently went in to get a contract for a new phone as my old one was broken. I arrived not knowing who to ask or go to and saw multiple staff members on their phones sitting down as I walked around and employee Labib was the only one to notice me and came over straight away to help. I was very confused on the many contracts to choose from and he took the time to sit down with me and explain which contracts i could go for. He showed me the different prices of the contracts and compared them to each other to show which ones would be better for me to pick. He also asked about what phone I would like and if I had any preferences or options for my phone to have and showed me which of the phones would be better for me and also in my price range. After some time we settled on a contract and went through with it. He saved me some money while getting the most suitable phone within my budget. Huge lifesaver. We need more employees like him and 10/10 recommend him for any others who go in to the shop.

Labib - Absolutely Amazing!! Hate coming to this store, customer service from store leader and Co abysmal, talking in their native language not welcoming at all; a guy who was having issues with his delivery came in and out, and they did not help him.
Labib, conducts a level of customer service which they should all learn from him, his mannerisms and politeness is welcoming and reassuring.
One of the staff on my entry greeted me by ? just take a seat? - number one I?m not a dog and I do not wish to sit down and whilst you have somebody in front of you whom your serving already is quiet shocking that you lack basic manners. Store leader has tried his best to redeem this behaviour and worst when asked what?s the matter and I replied I?m not a dog I felt attacked by the giant man in question standing over me trying to explain himself; it doesn?t come across as a professionally ran store it?s more like a playhouse and to be fair Labib deserves to be amongst a team who can work like him and not think everything is a joke etc

The staff aren't actively trying to ruin your day, they can only work with what the tools they are given, but this is a fundamentally broken company. Avoid.

I recently went into the Holloway store after bad experiences in other stores. I was served by Labib who made told me he only moved to he store a few months ago. I had quite a complex issue where it involved debt collection after an error made on EE?s side. Labib took the time to understand the full situation and despite being told by management to try and upsell me about broadband and other stuff. Labib sat down with me and spoke to customer service for over 2 hours and finally was able to resolve the whole issue and even got me some money back as credit. If there?s anyone that deserves the credit it?s Labib. He?s a true representative of EE and such a credit to the company. Definitely staying with EE and Labib has a lifetime customer. Thank you. 5*

Well I had to go there for my brother in- law to pay his bill and I was given a number for customer service where I was able to pay it.

Extremely pushy, rude and unprofessional staff. They'll try and sell you broadband or an apple watch instead of actually engaging with you. Very dodgy and not worth your time.

Received amazing and helpful service from Khadija. It was an efficient, yet pleasant interaction. Would highly recommend the staff at this store for all your mobile and network needs.
