A pleasant Costa outlet just along the road from Caledonian Road Piccadilly Line Station. There is plenty of seating inside and a clean, modern and relaxed atmosphere. Service was quick and efficient.

The manager is rude and obnoxious, constantly screaming and shouting at her staff. She was screaming in one baristas face to the point he was a quivering wreck on the verge of tears. All because there was one cup outside. That?s it, one cup. That she could?ve easily have brought inside herself.I did ask for names, Kudos to Ryan, Kwame(?) and Karla. Friendly, warm and amazing magic makers with drinks as normal. However Arieola (?) needs to work on her people and management skills.

Great place, great atmosphere. Staff very welcoming when needing the area to work, just get those coffees in! Very friendly. Only downer was the toilets but that wasn't really down to the staff and more the public.
