“They have some really good bakery food, it's really nice and convenient as I'm in the area often, although it's convenient to me at a specific time, when I went at a different they haven't restocked from 11:00 and I went here at around 1 but aside from that gripe I would highly recommend this place”

Yes, it is more expensive than supermarket chains (which there are plenty of 5-10min walk if you need), but as a local convenience store, it's always very well stocked and very handy. I find anything in this place, from 15 types of breads, to niche French products I never find anywhere else, to fresh vegetables/herbs and your usual canned goods, there's also a big frozen foods section and a huge selection of wine / beers of all kinds. It's also spotless. And again, the staff are so friendly and remember you and greet you every time. Yes, they are stacking shelves often, how is that a criticism in other reviews? That means the shop is always fully stocked in every single lane. Not sure why the reviews are so low, I love having this shop around instead of yet another half empty Tesco's.”

Indeed one of the better run Locals I've seen in this city, most daily essentials are available and shelves are seldom empty. They even carry The Economist in the magazine section - unheard of. The ATM service is also a plus. Forget the Nisa and Tesco next door - this is my one stop local shop.”
