Decent choice of the flooring options and very great customer service. I was placing an order with Peter, and he was not only very helpful, but also so very patient with me and my indecisiveness and the fact that I knew nothing about how the flooring is fitted. Another salesperson, whose name I believe is Francis, was also super helpful and had the most amazing attitude!I absolutely recommend the store:))

Absolutely brilliant service - so knowledgeable, worked really hard to get our re-flooring project completed within a tight timeframe, and the quality of the floor fit was fantastic. We also had some unopened material spare at the end of the process, and they gave us a refund on them without any fuss or quibble. Would recommend them very highly!

I have been coming in to see different types of flooring, and Francis has been so much of a help. He explain everything to me and was very patient. When I finally made up my mind he was more than happy to help. I would definitely be shopping here again.

Genuinely impressed with the quality of service provided by Steve. We came in with a short notice plan to change the carpets and Steve made it happen against the odds. He gave us good advice, did some amazing mental maths and we?re all sorted. Thanks to Steve and his team.

i am currently abroad but i had no trouble at all coordinating what is required to replace carpets in my flat. In particular Mr Fred was efficient, fast and very accommodating.

We were welcome and hosted around your store by a gentleman named Francis. Whereby we were able to pick our carpet and blinds for our homes. I had an incredible experience buying a carpet here. I was served by Sheikh who provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced - he was knowledgeable, honest, and gave useful advice after understanding my needs. Alongside his manager Francis (also friendly and helpful) they worked hard to get me the best deal, and a fitting within 5 working days. Thank you!This team clearly have a passion for helping customers, give them all a raise!

I got a quote 4/5 months ago from carpetright to lay vinyl in my bathroom and toilet two small rooms . Carpet right apparently don?t seal in the vinyl. The customer is expected to fork out more money and look for some other professional to seal in the vinyl flooring that carpet right lay?s down. What a bloody joke, I wasn?t informed about this originally as the customer service worker knew it was for a bathroom and toilet. How is this a professional company. Not only that but they have put their prices up on the 1st August 2023 so they want the price increase and for me to search for someone to seal the vinyl in.

Peter from Carpet Right Holloway was extremely helpful and patient, he helped my mother and I find the right carpet, folded it for us, and even helped us bring it to the uber. He truly went out of his way beyond the sale, something which is very rare nowadays in customer service, and we are very appreciative of his help! Has made shopping in CarpetRight a truly pleasant experience, he deserves a raise!
