I really liked the store because they are very helpful and the prices are good and they also have good things whenever I find interesting things.

Great variety of clothes and much cheaper then in Islington or central London.Probably one of the best shops in the area.

Found a nice jacket which had most of it's buttons missing. I asked if it could be reduced to reflect this (the jacket was £20 and from C&A, so not cheap!) I was told I would have to come back another day to ask the manager. I asked them if they could put it behind the counter until then, but they refused. Not impressed that they sell shoddy goods at expensive prices. The volunteers seemed disinterested and vacant. Not a great charity shop.

My mum and i have both had a few negative experiences in this store. My mum has bought items that upon arriving at home were found to be damaged, she went back straight away and had to insist to get a full refund as they were refusing completely.I went in last week and found a lovely pair of trousers from M&S, i was in a rush and had no time to try them on. I asked one lady if i could buy them and try at home and return if they didn't fit. The Mediterranean woman (possibly the manager) instantly butted in and said no refunds, only exchange that i needed to try in store. Bare in mind at this time i was wearing a pair of trousers i bought in another CRUK that i was told was okay for a full refund.I asked why and she became very argumentative. In the end i left the trousers as i was put off by the very unwelcoming shop clerk.

Clothes incorrectly labeled as 4 sizes bigger than they are so if you don't have time to try on the item don't bother going. If an item hasn't got a size on it maybe take the time to correctly measure it not just guess. No refund for incorrectly labelled item as well which seems borderline false advertisement. Was told I should have tried it on but not comfortable using changing rooms in public due to personal reasons so it's my fault apparently that the item is incorrectly labelled. If it wasn't a charity shop I'd be taking my complaints further.

My first job in London, and I believe is a good and warm place.

The man in the shop seemed to just stare at you like he was a security guard or something, quite off putting when he's standing staring instead of being behind the till or doing anything but stand on the shop floor and stare. I probably won't visit this one again.
