Well done to the two members of staff who greeted regulars by name and made everyone feel they were an individual rather than just another customer. They smiled and joked and Dominica was so helpful regarding the app and her recommendation for a cake.

The best Caffè Nero location I have tried. What makes the difference is the kind and attentive attitude of the baristas. I always leave the cafe with a smile and in a positive mood.

Best Cafe Nero I have found in North London. It is on the first floor so same
Level as the trees, away from the busy Holloway Road, nice bug light space with a good buzz. The staff are very friendly and helpful- especially Anna! She brightened up my day, recommending the cheese cake, helping me download the app so I could claim some prizes. The gentlemen was constantly cleaning the tables and It just felt like good energy, somewhere I could stay for hours and work with good coffee, service and cakes. Happy days!
