We visited the shop at holloway road. Fahimul the cashier was so professional. He helped us find the vitamins we needed. His service was second to none.

This is the worst Boots in central london, it?s a grim place and I always try to avoid going in unless I have to. There?s always just one staff member serving a long queue near the front of the shop, customers are forced to stand in the middle of an aisle. I got roared at when I noticed someone serving at the perfume till for a change so I went over to pay - she rudely told me go to the other (long) queue because she ?has 2 perfume customers waiting?. They are obviously more important than ppl waiting to pay!Why can?t this Boots move with the times and get some self service tills??

STAY AWAY FROM THE PHARMACY!!I went in today just before lunch to get a prescription filled. I was made to wait for around half an hour at the pharmacy, there were only 2 people waiting in front of me but nobody would explain or acknowledge why the long wait. Then on my request the pharmacist said I could leave the script and come back later. I came back within about an hour but the pharmacist refused to dispense the script for an antibiotic, for an abscess, because she was unable to print out a label for the box. I asked her to hand write the directions, name and date on a blank label. She refused to do so saying it was against Boots policy. When I pointed to her that it was her duty of care to give me the medicine required for an infection and that she should put the patient's interest first rather than follow a policy which did not make sense, her response was to go to another pharmacy. What incompetence and poor service!!

One person at the checkout despite a 10m queue. Despite this, perhaps half a dozen staff milling around the pharmacy section trying to look busy. Why bother stocking shelves if you can't be bothered? Explains why they are struggling.

Literally no point in sending patients texts saying their prescription is ready then proceed to make them wait OVER 30 MINS for it, most of the time standing cuz there are only two chairs, I can not stand for long periods of time, I already find it hard enough going there because, they don't do delivery then, every time they don't have something so clearly, my prescription wasn't ready to begin with.It's stressful cuz they only ever have 1 person there and the que goes all the way round the corner just for prescriptions.DONT TELL CUSTOMERS ITS READY IF ITS NOT AND HALF OF IT IS MISSING!ITS NOT OUR JOB TO KEEP COMING BACK AND FORTH FOR MEDS THAT A PHARMACY CANT SORT OUT!

The worst Boots I've visited in my entire life. Why is there always only one till open, even at peak hours? This results in a massive queue at any given time. There's always a surly-looking security guard monitoring your every movement. Horribly uncomfortable.

Pharmacist gave false information and said eye drops cannot be provided behind the counter so I had to wait a week to get an appointment for prescription only to be told the complete opposite and that you can get eye drops for infection over counter. This is totally unacceptable - pls hire qualified pharmacists.

The store had what was needed mostly, staff didnt know where some of the stuff we needed was and seemed like they hated being at work... maybe they was forced to be their... asking and paying for extra bags was a issue that deserved a huff and puff after spending £300 on baby things and cosmetics for mum.

The worst customer service. Waited nearly 10mins in the queue with one till open. Staff walking about not acknowledging the long queue that's forming or opening a till. The one staff that is serving, is having a long conversation with the customer.

I was waiting on the telephone line for 30mins and no one answered the telephone. Enquiry was for an emergency prescription during a very stressful medical episode, and this made it all the more distressing. Why have a telephone if no one answers it?

I usually shop online but ventured into Boots Holloway Road because I wanted some make up.The cashier in the beauty section was super friendly and over excited to tell me how much I had saved with my advantage card. ?Having seen Holloway Road change so much in the last 10years it's reassuring that this High Street main stay is still trading. It's Boots after all.

DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY HERE! IT?S THE WORST SERVICE I?VE COME ACROSS AND MADE ME VERY CROSS!..? No wonder they?ve got those signs up saying ?we will not tolerate abusive behaviour towards our staff? (Just let us abuse you, the customer, by ignoring you for an hour while we do f?all, but make you wait for us to put your box of pills into a paper bag. I?ve been in third world countries and had 100 times better service in all of their pharmacies than in Boots of Holloway!..? P.S. Its taken me of 5 times of really bad service to give up on this shop and write this review!..?

I have tried calling this phone number for 4 days in a row & I called the head office too & I still cannot order my medication that is due tomorrow. I work full-time & I cannot get to the store before they close.
