Argos Holloway is super convenient if you like shopping without the hassle. One of the best things is how easy it is to order online and pick up your item almost right away. You get a confirmation within minutes, and by the time you get there, your order is usually ready to go.
No long queues, no confusing process ? just in and out. The staff is generally friendly and keeps things moving quickly, which is great when you?re in a rush or just don?t feel like browsing for hours.
I?ve used this store a few times now and every experience has been smooth. It?s a great option if you need something last-minute or don?t want to wait for home delivery. Definitely a handy spot to have nearby!

Avoid if you value your money!
Terrible return policy! Bought an item that wasn?t usable for my carpet, and Argos made it impossible to return. Customer service was unhelpful , manager is unhelpful and kept making excuses. They act like they?re doing you a favor instead of honoring basic consumer rights. Won?t be shopping here again! Stay away from this Argos

Awful, awful customer services. Mohammed the manager was extremely unprofessional - customer service training might help?But for now this lovely branch of Argos could do without the likes of this customer-facing style. Shame really

Aidan was brilliant! I came all the way from South London as I was after a specific product and he was very very efficient in looking after me today and I would come back to this store again purely just because of him and his service. The team in this particular Argos is actually great and they all seem very very helpful ?? Thank you Aidan!

I visited this store this morning to pick up 2 ,small ,41cm high table lamps?.Did I say small? I thought my wife had bought a couple of televisions,the packing /boxes were so big.No complaints at all ,excellent job,but I was never going to take those home on a bus.
Step in the lovely Zara?.who very carefully dismantled the wrapping and helped me put the lamps into 2 large bags that I had taken.
I felt guilty as I left her with a ton of cardboard to clear ?but relieved to be able to transport them home.
A service ? off the charts? by this charming young lady ..and all with a permanent smile.

Disgusting costumer service.
My husband bought me a Dyson hairstrait for my Bday, I opened the box but haven't used the product as it is too heavy for me. After thinking about it few days I've decided to return it. I came today here at the shop and a useless supervisor first left me at the till to attend someone else without telling me if it was coming back or not, second told another guy (Sharon' to attend me when just supervisors or managers can do retkund or exchange so I had to wait again for him, when finally it was back he check the box and told me as the seal was open and was up to his discretion he couldn't take it back and in this case as I still had 20 days to return to send it directly to Dyson.
Called Dyson and of course told me is bull***** as I have not bought it from them but Argos and as policy you have 30 days to change your mind even if the box is open or you have tryed the product.
I have called Argos costumer service and again another 'super smart' individual attended me, she suggested to try in another argos store?! Should I go around every Argos shop in a London? Then told me I maybe could ask Dyson to write me a letter stating they should refund me?! I don't work for you guys. I buy from you. You buy from them. If you cannot take an item just cause you cannot resell the box ask for a new box! I bought items in past that where used for sure and you won't take something just cause the box is damaged? Also is a 400£ item and if you cannot return things that have been open you should be really clear at collection.

Ordered and paid for a phone online for £500+. Unexpectedly got an email at work saying it's ready to collect. Turned up at the store after work and was refused collection because I don't have an ID. Even my email, the unique code and order number from the Argos app isn't enough to prove I am a customer. I cancelled the order on the spot and ordered the same phone on Amazon instead. Argos should come up with more convenient ways for customers to pick up their shopping such as sending a one time passcode at the collection point or something like that. What I learnt was, if I'm going to do online shopping, I might as well stick with dedicated online e-commerce companies - same price, STILL need to wait days but delivered to the door!
