Man who answers the main line. Quite abrupt as if to say why you calling. Not good customer service

What an amazing organisation. I cannot thank them enough, especially and whole heartedly, a lady with the name that starts with a letter J. I didn't want to disclose personal information but she has been epic and when I thanked her, she was so humble to state that it wasn't just her, it was the whole team. And for all of your help, thank you!

Really unhelpful and absolutely useless service! They advertise various support that they offer but in reality was told that they could not help me when I asked for support.Do not advertise support when you cannot fulfill it. Very disappointed and regret registering with them!

I took my mother to Age Uk Islington after my father passed away for some advice and to see what help there was available for her.The advisor my mother saw was so patient and kind she advised and helped my mother with the process of having a walk in shower and helped her with benefit advice . My mother left there with a huge smile on her face something I hadn?t seen for a while . The service they offer is the best .I am now going through the process of becoming a volunteer Wellbeing caller for them so I can give back some of the help and support they gave my mother .

So my gp referred me to AgeUK, spoke with a lady called Ruby and was really rude as well as negative. She put me into more stress than I already am, even hanging up the phone on my face. Sad to see these kind of people trying to help and motivate vulnerable people like myself?

Everything is so slow, support worker seems to need support herself to get motivated.

I've been lucky enough to work with Age UK Islington and see what work they do all across the borough. They've got the interests of residents at the heart of what they do - creating amazing events for people to get together. They're a great bunch of people with loads of opportunities for anyone, including professionals to volunteer. Great bunch.
