Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing Starbucks experiences my wife and I have had. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming. The short and big italian woman wearing a black apron who served us was noticeably unfriendly and seemed irritated by our presence, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. The lack of basic courtesy created such a negative vibe that we ended up not even drinking what we ordered. We left feeling unwelcome and disappointed. Shame that we experienced this in Portobello Road.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to after a truly unpleasant experience. A staff member named Giorgia was extremely rude and unprofessional. She made a poor-quality drink for my young daughter and showed no care or courtesy when we addressed it.
The overall mood behind the bar was miserable, and Giorgia?s negative attitude seemed to affect the entire team. It?s unacceptable for a customer-facing role, especially when children are involved. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses both the behavior and the team morale. Customers deserve better.

Ruth is most important of the shop .She is always kind any circumtances at the shop .She also makes best coffe in the town .Most kind and wellcoming barista all around Nothinghill .Thank you Ruth :)

Worst Starbucks i have ever visited. Staff is extremely rude, I ordered the birthday frappucino and the staff said it will have hazelnut and vanilla flavour but no taste of anything else except sugar and water, very watered down drink as well. When informed that there is no syrup, she says I can?t do anything about your taste. Did not offer to add any syrup anything at all, just saying I can?t do anything about it. I ordered another drink and took 10 mins to get that as well.

I asked for 4 Frappuccino?s , and returned them because they were just water with ice, no coffee shot or vainilla flavor in them! I wanted to change them because they were awfull and they didn?t recognize anything to me, I left there without drawing them!

We were looking for a warm place and some coffee while was trying to find the famous bookstore from the movie.
At this Starbucks we met Gio, who is a very kind and gentle brazilian guy, and finally could speak portuguese with someone again. When we finished everything, we just turned right and saw that one Blue Door <3
This is a very historical and cool Starbucks. Thanks for being part of our group special travel!

Starbies is one of our favorite locations on holidays and the one place we start every morning planning our day. We also have at least 2-3 Starbucks stops per day for Regroups.

Literally the worst coffee I?ve ever tasted. It somehow tasted dirty, like cigarette smoke. They happily made me another one, which I then even added a bit of milk to, but it was still awful. I don?t know if they?re not cleaning their machines enough, but it was truly horrendous ? I had to throw it away after two sips.

Staff is nice and welcoming. Location is great. Food is hygienic and tasty and mostly all items are on the menu all the time. Do try their Chai tea latte, I order everyday ?. I love their coolers as well.
