Trash. Pret corporate would do well to send HR personnel over to observe and assess. If you enjoy being berated by staff on a power trip with the audacity to gaslight you and suggest that you?re at fault for arriving at the designated time to pickup a prepaid order, by all means come here. Otherwise there are plenty of other Pret locations with similar quality of food, but much more professionalism and actual hospitality.

Asked specifically eat in and still brought paper cup and said we only have a paper cups... Very disappointing service, never mentioned before taking order.

Popped In here this afternoon for the first time, staff are just brilliant and friendly, service with a smile.
If only more places were as happy as these guys.

I use this Pret everyday at 0600. The staff are fantastic! Always helpful and always super friendly.

I?ve been to 5 maybe 6 different Prets all over London and this is the only one I wanted to rate as the serving baristas were incredibly lovely. Started the day with a smile on my face. The food/coffee is, you know, pretty ok, just a usual Pret.

Loved it, good food in affordable prices. Also the range of offered products changes daily (and even throughout the day) so you are often in for a surprise. Most branches have large seating areas.

I love the store in Notting Hill Gate! I always receive great service ? the staff are very friendly, welcoming, and hardworking. JB, Sunil, Santa, and the Assistant Manager Osama all provide exceptional service.

As much as pret never fails to amaze me in terms of quality and affordability.
This definitely my favourite pret reflecting the culture of social responsibility and ethical business practices.
As the majority of pret, a community of customers highly respectful gathers every day to enjoy the best coffees and culinary products the business provides to its loyal customers and tourists.
Prets investment in the community projects forecast of high customer fidelisation.

It's a medium sized shop, which is well stocked, and has fast and friendly service.
However, I do not recommend going there on weekday mornings, as groups of school children come in and take up entire tables for over an hour, without purchasing a single item. This is incredibly unfair to paying customers, who are unable to get a seat. What's even more disappointing, is that the staff seem to do nothing about it. I have seen this happen on numerous occasions, and the staff have turned a blind eye to it each time.
The staff do not ever seem to clean the tables between customers vacating, which results in all of the tables being full of crumbs. It's really offputting actually. I reckon they only clean the tables at the end of the day, once the shop has closed ?.
The toilet cubicle is absolutely tiny, and there is usually a queue to use it. There is also a disabled toilet next to it, but it is often out of order.
Overall, it's not a bad coffee shop, but it needs to be managed and maintained far better than it currently is.
