Can not use my own shopping bag to put my item in while doing my shopping. It was a bag of mint candy worth £1 lmao. Security asked me to get a basket and it is forbidden to use my bag. Never heard of this rule in my life. They must have thought I am a thief, wow.

Horrible place ,I v bought some ceramic plates ,I asked for some paper to wrap them up the lady at the till told me that ?it wasn t her problem? I said I didn t want them then ,and then she call someone ,the guy opened a box of tissues and gave me that ?,I mean you sell glasses there ,how people r suppose to take them home without wrapping them at least with some newspaper ????Absolutely appalling Customer Service

Horrible place, I bought a jar of Nescafe, and when I got home and opened the lid the seal was removed, I immediately went to Poundland with the jar and the receipt from the same day and they didn't exchange it, terrible service, I've never seen that in my life, I'll never set foot in that store again
