After decades as a customer I now live in Canada and am desperate to get Statements by mail. I am 85, not Computer geek and would need to hire a tech every time I want to check my account. Can't figure it out. Millions of people do not live on computers and cell phones. Dozen's of reason! Please treat long term clients with respect and send paper statements. Perhaps I'm suppose to just abandon my account????

I arrived at the wrong Bank - Nat West.? It should have been Nationwide Building Society and the nearest one was a bus ride away on High Street Kensington. I got there tho. Inside the bank is very small and quiet. Very helpful and quite quick Customer Services. I received my updated data within 3 days. Thanks Nationwide.

It would be difficult to justify this branch?s existence. When it does bother to open there?s a queue and only one person serving. Today it looks permanently closed but no signs or notices to confirm or suggest an alternative location.

Friendly staff, always do their best to help you. They also 'triage' the queue so that you see the right person as quickly as possible, and they support customers to use the machines so that the queue for the cashiers goes more quickly.

My account was blocked by mistake, the bank could not un-block it, I had to close it to take the cash back... it took 6 months (!!) as customer services online didn't know how to do it and staff at the branch did not give me all the required papers.

Kevin Dublin was amazing at the front desk. We all know that going to the bank always feels like a long thing to do.But Kevin made it enjoyable and wanting to come back if I ever have an issue again ?

The ABSOLUTE worst branch - EVER - no star rating would be more truthful. John & Kash have absolutely no business dealing with people. John needs to consider there isn?t an infinite amount of customers, if he continues to speak the way he does - he?ll be out of a job - based on my experience I have NO IDEA how he got it in the first place! AVOID THIS BRANCH - Especially these two. Embarrassing to the NatWest brand - embarrassment to humanity!

Teribble bank waiting in the queue for at least 25 mins there are 2 tills but one of them is working but the other one is going in and out for non reason ð??¡ plus they should create a different section for business costumer teribble ! Much more stuff needed ! I wonâ??t even talk about the mortgage department. Ridiculously unprofessional & not experienced well

Do not bank here! they accepted my sons account and money, then call up afterwards to say they are closing the account as they now do not accept the proof that we supplied to them and called up my son to say they are closing his child acc. evening tho its a Childs acc! Taking his money that he has left in there. So if the proof we gave them isn't sufficient how are we meant to prove that its our money! rip off! It has stressed me out! also they called him up at 4:50 pm to let him know of their actions just before they close at 5pm!!! so we couldn't get into the shop to stop them from closing the acc .before us taking our money that is rightfully ours!

THEY KEEP ON SHUTTING BRANCHES WHICH LEADS TO LONG QUEUES LONGER WAITING TIME AND MORE FRUSTRATION , I WAITED OVER 25 MINUTES TODAY AND STILL WAS NOT SERVED TILL I LEFT IN SO MUCH AGONY AND LOST MY LUNCH BREAK ,VERY BAD SERVICE.

Worst customer service I've ever had at a bank. Queued for 20 minutes in the wrong queue because it wasn't clear where I had to go. Queued for another 10 minutes in the right queue but there was no system/a complete free for all so gave up after 30 minutes. Went back the next day at what I thought would be a less busy time and there were still 5 people in the queue ahead of me. Hopefully third time lucky. Absolute shambles!
