Very grubby, rude staff and service is non existent. You could confuse interior with a Nando?s dupe it is that unkept and dirty.

Came in an hour before closing, waiter was refilling the sauces which is fine but felt like he was rushing us throughout our whole meal asking us to fill up our refillable drinks as he?s closing the machines, then after a few mins put all the sauces on your plates as he has to collect everything. His manager had to do something on the till and our food was waiting for about 5 mins so his manager had to speak to him to serve the food waiting there. Usually have a great experience at this branch, but this time around no.

Nandu?s is always a great experience! Very good food, lovely atmosphere, and consistent quality every time. I highly recommend trying the plata ? it?s amazing. Definitely worth a visit!

We went in very late (around 20 minutes before closing time) and they still welcomed us in, didn't rush us and made sure we had everything we needed.

Hi,
I?m writing because I had a really disappointing experience at your restaurant Nando's Notting Hill recently. While I was eating my rice, I was shocked to find a cockroach in my food. Honestly, this is completely unacceptable ? especially at a restaurant that charges premium prices and is supposed to have high hygiene standards.
When I told the manager, they didn?t seem to take it seriously at all. No discount was offered, and I still had to pay the full price for my meal, even after this horrible discovery. Given the price I paid and the very unpleasant experience, I feel this is extremely unfair.
I hope you understand that this incident was really upsetting and that you?ll take the proper measures to make sure this doesn?t happen again. I would also appreciate some kind of compensation or response from your side.
