Very grubby, rude staff and service is non existent. You could confuse interior with a Nando’s dupe it is that unkept and dirty.

Came in an hour before closing, waiter was refilling the sauces which is fine but felt like he was rushing us throughout our whole meal asking us to fill up our refillable drinks as he’s closing the machines, then after a few mins put all the sauces on your plates as he has to collect everything. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️4/5 Nandu’s is always a great experience! Very good food, lovely atmosphere, and consistent quality every time. I highly recommend trying the plata — it’s amazing. Definitely worth a visit!
