The worst customer service! I don?t think they deserve even one star !!I just don?t understand why HSBC hire incompetent person works as a customer representative on shop-floor. If you can?t help a customer enquiry or even try to help then I suggest you work on different sector.There is a way to doge a question, a way to even say no to a customer. Simple task such as given another branch contact number is an easy things to do but you can?t provide that.I came today to the branch to ask to check why my card didn?t work overseas but it worked when I used Apple Pay. The answer is ?I cannot check that since it happened on early September?. How difficult is it to try to check on your client history?Then I asked if I can upgrade my account to which he look around and answer, I don?t think we have time today as it?s quite late and we have a few customer waiting. Really? You closed at 4.30pm and you already sending away people at 3.50pm?? Seriously? We have the right to come at 4.28 and you need to help us for how ever long it take until it finish!!! The laziness is up there to your face!Im so sorry, this attitude should be banned. There is thousand of people in need of work and can provide better service than you. HSBC once was a high standard bank but now the decline of the brand was contributed by the people like your staff in Notting Hill Gate. It?s a shame to have a worker like this. No wonder people are turning away from HSBC. I will never again visit this branch and will look for an alternative banking.

Regrettably, I have observed that this branch does not maintain the same level of professionalism and presentation as other HSBC branches I have visited. The overall condition of the branch seems somewhat neglected, and while some staff members demonstrate professionalism, not all do. This branch differs significantly from my previous experiences at other HSBC locations.

I am the unfortunate owner of two old English notes. I wanted to exchange them for new ones. All banks are supposed to be able to exchange them... So I arrived in this HSBC branch where the welcome wasn't very warm. I explained to the adviser my problem. She answered me with a hypocritical tone that she can't exchange my bills but that other banks can do it if they are nice.In conclusion, this bank doesn't do its job and isn't even nice !

Terrible Bank for businesses and ridiculous branch with a bunch of kids hanging out meant to be working there whilst massive queues & no manager on site!Sent us one a wild goose chase for our business card we have been trying to get replaced for months, that they insisted they had in branch before we made the 1 hour round trip walk, only to be told by the kids working there they did not have it and left us in the office on our own for over half an hour to let us phone HSBC offices to work out the where abouts of our card!So having spent all day on this we are back at the office and been on the phone to HSBC again for nearly an hour already so fed up and angry decided to leave this review whilst they have no idea what is going on and if a card was issued or not.Never seen anything so ridiculous. Definitely time to move our business to another bank.

Apparently no one bothers to change their opening times. Supposed to close at 4:30 the guy was telling me at 3 that they are closing. Ridiculous

Went to branch and was seen by Shaun Bird. Very poor service and gave wrong information and account never opened. Finally went to baker street branch and managed to resolve the issue. I would never recommend that branch and Shaun Bird to any of my friends.
