Their sausage roll is the best in the uk. I tried far more expensive rolls in other chains and also in local bakeries, but in my option none of the am beat Greggs. Coffee might be other story thought, I would not come back for a coffee, but I will definitely come back for the roll again.

Needed something to nibble on as I was on the move. The person serving was extremely rude and almost mocking. When called out, they tried to backtrack and started lying. Very disappointed as the people are normally very polite

Really horrible staff, everytime I visit they are never happy to be there. Was inside for 2 minutes after receiving the food and was told to leave the shop as its takeaway only and were blocking the display

Worst experience from the lady working at the store. Was pushing people away while waiting to order. And then confronted me for asking why can?t we wait to order.

Some of the staff allow dogs in the shop.. others will not. Food equally as hit & miss.. more often than not, it's undercooked soggy goop.

Went in to Greggs portobello rd. For some toasties sandwiches meal.The manager went to put them into the oven, the black plastic tray for the oven, was filthy dirty, full of crumbs and dried food.I asked the manger to please clean it as it is a health and safety hazard, if you had an inspection you will fail. The manager was rude and said I will have to put it in the dishwashing and wash it, I asked him to yes please wash it.I have noticed that this shop is very dirty lately and this particular incident has now made me realise I can't buy anything from this shop again.
