Worse shop in London. The service is almost inexistent, the staff is always at the back and there are queues of people just waiting . The young man was dealing with us the when to a next customer. This is a very disgusting outrageous service I have ever experienced.I will never go back to EE in Notting Hill shop ever again

I visited the store for an upgrade, surely something that should be quite routine however due to continuous technical issues I was in the store for an hour and a half and the staff still couldn?t work it out. I gave up and left in the end.

Honestly the worst customer service. Opens at 09:30am on Tuesdays and the guy was inside on his mobile phone refusing to unlock the door at 10:30am. Avoid this company altogether and definitely avoid this store.

Went in to get an iPhone charger. They had on display but the lady said i had to wait 30 minutes for it. Its a joke. Just for one single cable. This is the second time in this shop that the service is really bad.

Staff lied to me and included a modem I didn't ask for. I paid for it for an entire year without knowing, I told EE customer service what they did, and they refused to refund me the money. Don't go here, fraudsters and scammers.

After my phone was stolen (with my EE SIM card inside of it), I visited this EE Mobile shop in a day's time. The two staff there (Jamie and ??) were incredibly helpful with various issues I needed sorting. They worked with me on getting my phone number back and running, and they didn't get frustrated or lose focus on helping me when reaching a few hurdles in the process. Meanwhile, they continued to patiently assist other customers as quickly as they could while dealing with my problems. The friendliness and assistance was impressive!

What can I say about Notting Hill that hasn?t been said before? It?s one of those places that defines style, beauty and excitement. It offers an experience that will not easily be forgotten. Definitely, a must-see if you?re in London and the food in the area is top-notch as well! Highly recommended
