The worst telecom company in London!
I pay around £150 every month and get no benefit from their services. Every time I call 150, I get no real help and just get sent back to the store. There is absolutely no signal where I live and work, yet I?m still being charged every month. This company is terrible in every way ? poor service, no support, and completely unreliable. I strongly do not recommend anyone to deal with them.

I had an absolute amazing and quick experience with Hasan, Foyz, Alona in ee. I was visiting from abroad and trying to figure out the best situation to get internet signal for specific situations and they all helped and gave me the best options available. Recommend going here.

Awful Customer Service ? Very Disrespectful Staff
As soon as I walked into the store, one of the staff members (his name was Mat, who seemed to be in charge that day) looked me up and down and asked, ?How can I help you?? in a very rude and dismissive tone. I explained that I had been sent by someone to collect a SIM card, and instead of helping me, he made a sarcastic remark about it taking a long time, then just walked away and ignored me.
When I asked politely if I could take a seat, he gave me a disapproving look and reluctantly said yes ? again, in a loud and unprofessional manner. The whole interaction felt like he was trying to push me out of the store. His attitude was aggressive and completely unacceptable.
To make things worse, he falsely claimed that another staff member had already called my name, even though they clearly hadn?t seen me or called me at all. It felt like he was making up stories just to avoid dealing with customers. I left the store feeling humiliated and disrespected.
I strongly urge management to take this seriously. There is absolutely no excuse for a staff member to raise their voice at a customer or make them feel unwelcome. This kind of behavior drives people away and reflects very poorly on the business.

Had EE service for several years and had great reception. Sadly I changed my phone in the US and the EE eSIM was not working... they discovered that the problem was with my US phone service and my phone was locked! I contacted the US carrier and they won't unlock for 60 days!! Help!! EE came to the rescue and they activated my old phone and replaced the SIM card and I have service! They were fast, knowledgeable and helpful!! Thank you Nottinghill EE!!

Avoid going on a Saturday afternoon! I waited almost 2 and a half hours to be seen. Busy, long line. Staff were pleasant and friendly. They were doing their best but there were way too many customers. Small store located in Notting Hill Gate.
