It was not my first caffe nero experience, the drinks were amazing as always, but the toilets were disgusting. There was only one all together, it was dirty, there was no soap either or hand sanitizer. It was really disappointing.

Desserts were nice, had pistachio cake and tiramisu. The coffee was okay, needed sugar. The place was dirty though, the toilet looked like you could receive an std, didn't have toilet paper, smells purely of piss and had piss all over the floor.
