Staff and service were amazing, good price but unfortunately Lewisham parking (cashless parking) were the drama. After an hour of trying to pay for parking I received a £110 fine for six minutes parking. The app didn't work, it wouldn't suggest any car parks near me whilst stood in the car park so I have cancelled my £300 order, got a refund and will shop elsewhere in the future.
Not Vision Express's fault but will not be returning to Lewisham.

Initially I was approached by one of the senior staff to help me but she escalated my concern to Mustafa (ophthalmologist) to check and advise me. Efficient, friendly and professional. Glad to say the eye pain has gone in 24 hours! (Eye drops and wipes). Hopefully the other symptoms will clear up over the next few days.

I was impressed with vision express and their new equipment in order to observe my eye sight, however I wished the cost of the glasses was a little less.
The service i received from the opticians was excellent and the attendance received from the team was great
I'm hoping my glasses come soon and anxiously awaiting the same.
