What an absolute disgrace of a customer experience. I walked into the Lewisham Market Three store today (Sunday, 10:30 AM). No rush, three staff members standing around, and yet the attitude I got was unbelievable.
I?m new to London and had some basic questions. Instead of help, I got rudeness, arrogance, and zero courtesy. The lady who ?assisted? me couldn?t even bother with a simple greeting. Every answer was dripping with attitude: ?Like I said?? ?Like I said?? as if speaking to me was beneath her.
If this is the level of service when the store is EMPTY, what?s the point of having physical stores? Honestly, jobs like this are the easiest to replace with AI ? and with this attitude, they should be. She acted like I was a burden instead of a paying customer.
Was this because I?m Indian? Because I?m new? I don?t know. But I walked out feeling unwelcome and humiliated. Three should be ashamed of this. Competitors like Giffgaff look like a better choice right now.
This was not ?bad service.? This was hostile, dismissive, and unacceptable. Fix it. Or lose customers like me permanently.

To get clear Three mobile were somehow unable to do the only thing they should be able to do well and I couldn't obtain my phone as I wanted. It should be noted that Jay and Joel were very excellent in trying to help me.

I visited the Lewisham store yesterday because I was having problems transferring my phone number to my new handset. I am not 100% sure but I think the young lady that helped me was called Louisa? (Sorry, I should have written that down.)
She was super helpful and successfully worked her way through to solve my issue without treating me and my lack of technical knowledge like a dinosaur!
She also assisted an older lady who had come in at the same time and was equally friendly without being patronising, signposting her to where she might get the best solution for her needs.
Please recognise and reward this delightful staff member, it's not always an easy environment to work in and she certainly made a great impression on me.

Joel is great customer advisor. He was very good at dealing with the issue and he managed to recover all my stuff from my old phone I forgot my password and he helped me get everything back. I am very happy

Went into the three store spoke with the manager who got one of his colleagues called Jay to assist me. The boys sorted me out and looked after me. No stress .
