Takeaway coffee this morning after a long exhausting shift. Execellent customer service from Swami (who served me the best Caramel latte with coconut milk - I've ever had!!!) And Sneha who wrote a very warm message on my cup. Both brightened up my day and both deserve a pay rise ?? much appreciated to both!! Satisfied customer

Just had an awful experience here thanks to the two boys that were working behind the tills at 5.30pm, Swarmi (I am not sure if this is spelled correctly) and Orison. I ordered 2 drinks while I waited for a friend and was told that I shouldn?t be having caffeine, with Swarmi pointing to my stomach because I am pregnant. When I said i?m fine and I would like to have what I ordered, Swarmi laughed in my face while shaking his head. The other worker, Orison, then also insisted he make me a decaf, to which I said I was fine with what I ordered. I was horrified and absolutely astonished that they felt that this was acceptable to say to a customer, letalone a woman on her own. I felt extremely intimidated and upset, I have never had an interaction like this before and I couldn?t believe what I was hearing. My friend arrived and I confronted Orison before I left, letting him know that they shouldn?t give unsolicited advice to women and pointed out that neither of them are doctors so they have no business suggesting what someone else should do with their body. If either of them are reading this - please go to read the official NHS advice on caffeine while pregnant, then I hope you both learn a valuable lesson from this and never try to intimidate a woman based on outdated advice again. I will be emailing Starbucks directly too.

The staff here are great, very friendly and welcoming, and the food and drink are up to the usual standard for Starbucks. There's a small amount of space inside to sit and relax and there's more outside with comfy sofa benches and tables and chairs. This outside area was very untidy, however, with lots of litter being left behind by previous patrons, so you might have to clear a space yourself when the staff haven't had time to clean up.

The staff are always friendly and talkative, which creates such a welcoming atmosphere. Starbucks really gets it right with their hiring process. The location is perfect and easily accessible, and the store is always clean and tidy. The staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure customers are happy. I?m always satisfied with my purchases, and the service is top-notch. It?s a great place to visit, and I look forward to returning every time and the lady that serves on Sunday morning always remembers our order and delivers service with a smile.

As a first time customer, I asked them for recommendations and one of their workers called Orison made a great drink with Strawberries, Lemonade and Peach. I'll definitely go back here when I have the chance. Maybe with some food as on top of that.

Swami and Mouni know what drink I want before I even get in the shop, and always put a smile on my face whenever I go in. The team are always so lovely and it?s my favourite part of going to the gym, having my matcha afterwards ??? u guys are the best
